Does anyone have a problem with withdrawing funds? (bitcoin)
Withdrawal request 01/06/2021. The "Paid" status appeared in the profile on 06/06/2021. The funds on the wallet did not appear until 17/06/2021.
I contacted support. They said that it was their mistake, and they will figure it out.
A few days later I write to them again ... they ask for the wallet number and say that there will be a payment within 24 hours. I send them the wallet number to support (although it is in the account profile). Since 30/06/2021 the support service is not responding, the wallet has no funds ...

Anyone have DDL issues or just me?
